Odesza

Currently obsessing over the album Summer’s Gone by Odesza. The duo’s sound is super unique, but I guess if I were to slap a genre label on them, it’d be electronic. That being said, you can tell the album has a lot of different musical influences, from indie to hip-hop, and I can’t get enough!

This is definitely a great album to listen to when you just want to kick back and relax. Their sounds transported me to a cooler, calmer place, and I hope it does the same for you! Give ’em a listen and tell me what you think!

#NowPlaying

This song is one of my all-time favorites. The Dixie Chicks tackle life and love so simply in this classic number, it’s beautiful. I’ve been playing the song on repeat for the last half-hour with no sign of stopping anytime soon…

Eres

I think I’ve shared some of Café Tacuba’s songs before, but I just can’t get enough of them. The band is from Mexico, and their sound is so unique! From Rock songs to this ballad, listening to the group is always a pleasure.

This is quite the love song and the music video is just precious. Listen and enjoy!

Late Night Lana

Sometimes all you need is to be alone with Lana and your thoughts… All criticisms aside, there is something about her voice that just resonates with me when I’m having a bad day. Even if everything else about her isn’t authentic, her voice is. And that’s what matters.
