A Little Letter (Turned Poem) Written To My Mom:

Dear Mom,

I want to start off by saying thank you. Thank you for supporting me, for laughing with me, for loving me so unconditionally. I know that this sort of love comes with the territory, but still I want to thank you. Not as many moms have dealt with some of the things I’ve put you through, so again thank you.

Thank you for never underestimating me, thank you for just letting me be me. You’ve seen me do good, you’ve seen me do bad. You’ve uncovered some secrets you never thought I could have. But you’re still my mom, you’ve never given up–and again I want to thank you for that. I want to thank you mom. I want to thank you for being patient with me, for allowing me to grow. I just have to let you know that I love you so.

All in all, I want to thank you one last time for teaching me how to be the best mom one could ever possibly be.

I love you,

Alice
